Following your online screening we may have recommended a dry eye solution for you.
Typically we offer 3 options depending on the severity of the symptoms you described. Our objective is to get you to self manage the dry eye symptoms while working on your digital devices. It goes without saying your experience is exacerbated by what you do so an over-view of how you work, e.g. the breaks you build into your day, your hydration levels, engaging the 20/20/20 rule etc.. all potentially help you alleviate some of the reoccurring issues you have around dry eye and the discomfort it causes. We would have sent you a 13 point best practices pdf after the online assessment with your eye report, with many of the things you could consider incorporating as part of your working style/day.
When dry eye symptoms become a nuisance and in particular impede what you would like to do we suggest you consider a dry eye regime to self manage.

As mentioned above Blephaclean wipes are an essential part of your daily lid hygiene routine. We advise patients to clean their lids in particular in the morning when they wake, also after using the heat pack also included in this pack.
